We want you to love it. If you don't, you can return it for up to 7 days after delivery.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified.
We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.
A few exceptions to note:
- Non-returnable Items. We cannot accept returns on some items such as bespoke, custom, special order, or clearance. Any items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked before you place your order.
If returns are reported outside this period we cannot accept the goods back for a refund or an exchange.
